Birmingham Wheels Park is committed to ensuring equality of opportunity in all aspects
of our operation; employment, provision for youth, community and play, volunteering, and
general facility usership. It is our policy to take action to avoid discrimination. Where

Birmingham Wheels Park will ensure that all existing and potential staff, users and

Persons (Employment) Acts 1944 & 1958, the Disability Discrimination Act 1995, the
Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974, and the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974.
This list, in the event of not proving exhaustive, will not preclude other legislation
being applied to promote good practice in Equal Opportunities.
Birmingham Wheels Park will further seek to work with our partner organisations at
whatever level to remove any barriers to equal treatment.
